What areas does Shepard's Cleaning serve?
Shepard's Cleaning proudly provides residential cleaning services throughout the Quad Cities and surrounding communities!
Iowa: Bettendorf, Davenport, LeClaire, Riverdale, Pleasant Valley, Eldridge, Long Grove, and Park View.
Illinois: Port Byron, Rapids City, Moline, Rock Island, East Moline, Hampton, Carbon Cliff, Coal Valley, Silvis, Colona, and Milan.

Will I have the same cleaner each visit?
Normally, yes. We believe in building relationships, so we aim to send the same cleaner to your home each visit. When someone is sick or on vacation, we do our best to arrange a fill-in, often Justin or Angie.
How can I pay for my cleaning?
You can leave your payment with your cleaner, or use the Pay Your Cleaning Bill section to pay by Venmo (@shepardscleaning) or credit/debit card through Square.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please let your cleaner know as soon as possible. We will do our best to fit you in, but we cannot guarantee a specific day or time because our team often has full schedules.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Relationships are more important to us than long-term customer contracts. You are welcome to stop service at any time.
Can I tip my cleaner?
Absolutely! Please tip your cleaner directly with cash or a check.
What cleaning products do you use?
We prefer more natural cleaning solutions over aggressive store-bought cleaners. Depending on the surface, we use mixtures such as rubbing alcohol, Dawn dish soap and water for granite and stone, vinegar and water, or Dawn and water. We use OdoBan for germicidal cleaning in areas such as toilets.
